As Cut-off Saw Operator Training grows, both on-site and off-site Training organisations will be in demand to deliver training to operators. In order to do so Trainers will require either STIHL COS Train the Trainer for NOCN accredited certification or the STIHL Refresher course if PDCOS Train the Trainer has been done previously under another endorsing organisation.

Apprentices in trades that uses a Cut-off Saw will require mandatory training in the use of these saws and also attain certification. STIHL COS Train the Trainer for Tutors prepares them to deliver the NOCN COS Operators Certificate.

Tutors that have previously completed the STIHL PDCOS Train the Trainer can also deliver the NOCN course.

Awareness and assessment of cut-off saw users in all trades is important in maintaining a productive and safe site.

The STIHL Assessors 1-day course will give Site and Health & Safety Management a thorough understanding in the use of cut-off saws which will help them to run a safer and compliant site. Operator Training is available for those users that need support.

STIHL COS Train the Trainer or the Assessor course will provide training so that Hire company's are able to fulfil the requirements to customers under the Health and Safety at Work Act more.

Cut-off Saw training will help hire businesses to provide information, assessment or  accredited training to staff or customers on the safe use of Cut-off saws.
